Donair
The Donair is a westernized version of the Shawarma and is made with spiced ground beef. Formed on a large skewer, cooked on a rotating spit, sliced and added fresh to your favourite Donair meal.
Shawarma
The Donair is a westernized version of the Shawarma and is made with spiced ground beef and lamb. Formed on a large skewer, cooked on a rotating spit, sliced and added fresh to your favourite Donair meal.
Unlike Donairs, Shawarma contains sliced meat, not ground. Our Shawarma is made from marinated lamb, chicken and beef with our own blend of spices. Shawarma is marinated, sliced, stacked on skewers then barbequed.
